ABOUT

LUMA was established by David Henshaw, BSc (Hons), MRICS, MAPM, a well-regarded and highly experienced professional with over 25 years’ experience in a wide range of sectors.  Being a Chartered Project Manager and a Chartered Cost Consultant, David is able to bring both management and commercial skills to your project, understanding the balance of time, cost, quality, environment and sustainability.

David brings a personal style of management, with a direct and open-minded approach to all projects, regardless of size or complexity.  Guided by LUMA’s core values of Listen, Understand, Manage and Achieve, David takes time to fully understand the clients’ business, is proactive and solution focused with project challenges, and is able to scan the horizon to pre-empt future issues.  This has led to an excellent track record in the successful delivery of projects and the development of long-term client relationships.
